Why did i stop drinking coffee and started again?

Why did I stop calling myself vegan or raw vegan and just went with vegetarian? Because it’s giving me a lot of stress, really just think about it, whenever you’re putting label on yourself you start making it as it is a big deal, and because of admitting something you disallow yourself certain products (not just because you feeling like it just because it’s your new diet plan). And psychologically it’s when you get lock because when you disallowed to have….

Who am I?

Vegetarian? Vegan? Raw vegan? Fruitarian?

I can say that I am all of above, I eat raw food daily, from time to time it’s only fruits or it could be cooked vegan food.

 

Why did I stop calling myself vegan or raw vegan and just went with vegetarian?

Because it’s giving me a lot of stress, really just think about it, whenever you’re putting label on yourself you start making it as it is a big deal, and because of admitting something you disallow yourself certain products (not just because you feeling like it just because it’s your new diet plan). And psychologically it’s when you get lock because when you disallowed to have….

The key is to come in a certain state of your  ….



you can’t really eat out unless its a “special” place because youre a raw vegan who can’t stand any gluten and also you tell the server to take off the tomatoes because they are not really good for you (you had read it in one very popular book). Or whenever you go to visit some friends and questioning everything what is on the table (people around you usually not appreciate it let’s say it like that:) ).

 

Some of you think that we are making everything so complicated if we are following different food diet and actually we are.

I had some point of my life (I actually had so many of them) when I didn’t really know what I can/want eat, because I just put myself into a box with a certain rules and it didn’t give me so much happiness.
it gave me a stress, actually a lot of stress
I always had (still have?!) difficult relationship with my food diet. I realized and fully admitted it just recently. For me to realize it and accept it actually was a big step.
I’m still not perfect with that.

But what I stopped doing it’s judging myself and start listening my guts. Anyway it’s just a food.

 

Your body knows what you need, it’s not gonna tell you to eat crappy food (don’t messed it up with your own desires).

But when you really starts listening yourself you ll see the difference.
When it’s cold I want hot soup, or grilled veggies when it’s hot outside fruits most of the time (fresh juices, smoothies).

And it could change from time to time, I change and my food diet changes too and it’s ok.
I’m vegan on my daily basis but if I’m in Paris I will have a cappuccino with a croissant, I won’t hesitate that the most of the places does n’t have almond milk which i drink all the time, it’s ok to not always follow the rules. Anyway, we are only ones who are making them.

So you can say that “you know what smarties, my body wants ice cream at 1 am at night should I just follow your advice and get fat or what? “

And it could be true ones in a while, your body sometimes needs something not really healthy.

Try to listen your body, eating not when you have to eat, eat when you are really hungry, because most of the time people eat  because they are having habit to eat at certain time, or they are bored or they are sad. Somebody said that we should eat 5 times a day, some people say that 3 times but big meals, people tell you that the breakfast is the most important meal of the day or some still so worry that “how can you live without eating meat and where are you getting protein from?! and etc


So who do I really need to listen to?
The answer is only yourself.
Our body knows better what we need right now we just need to start listening and following it.

Your body only wants for you good and healthy stuff. Trust it with all your heart.
